Coppola's "Megalopolis", a mixture of political thriller, experimental film and science fiction epic, begins with the mysterious revelation that main character Caesar Catilina (Adam Driver) can stop time. The architect and inventor has also discovered a revolutionary material: Megalo, a shimmering glass-gold material with organic properties, which he wants to use to rebuild New Rome from the inside out as the perfect place to live.
