A Different Man

Actor Edward is struggling in life, as he is affected by skin deformities due to the disease neurofibromatosis. After meeting his new neighbor, he undergoes radical surgery. With a completely new, attractive face, great happiness seems to be on the horizon, but things turn out differently: Edward suffers a severe identity crisis - and he meets Oswald, who has the same problems that Edward had removed, but leads a contented life. A pitch-black satire about the relationship between body and mind, attractiveness and "performance" of all kinds.
