Hedwig and the Angry Inch
Quite an enjoyable contribution to a true history of glam rock. J.C. Mitchell, the director himself, plays Hansel, who undergoes a sex change in Berlin in the seventies in order to marry a black G.I. and go to America; a few years and a divorce later Hedwig fights her way through the (musical) underground with her own rock band.
