Couch Connections

Christoph Pehofer

Documentary about the experiences that filmmaker Pehofer made while couchsurfing by portraying his hosts as well as their living conditions and living situation. The protagonists he encounters on his world tour range from a young woman who takes him "illegally" into a student dormitory, to a family in which three generations are now involved in couchsurfing, to a nudist in Manhattan and a transgender in Bangkok.
