On his way to Greece on a motorbike, the old rocker Igor, who worked as a journalist and DJ at a student radio station in Ljubljana critical of the government, is confronted with the "anti-bureaucratic revolution" of the Serbian leader Milosevic. Populist-nationalist meetings in support of his policies are taking place everywhere. Igor experiences these as retrograde theatrical performances, reminiscent of events held after World War II for "brotherhood and unity." However, the dismemberment of Yugoslavia into neo-feudal dwarf states is now propagated.
