Sous-chef Cathy quits her job with a publicity-addicted celebrity chef who has made a big career with her recipes and, for lack of other job offers, takes over the canteen in a home for unaccompanied migrants. She lines up the young people like a soccer coach lines up his team and forms them into a powerful kitchen brigade. The greatest asset of "La Brigade" is the amateur actors, who virtually play themselves and eventually begin to present dishes from their respective cultures: Let's cook something nice!
