After her car suffers engine failure, Eléonore rents a campsite by a lake in Brittany. Here, she soon becomes preoccupied not only with the legend of a big fish that has been said to dwell in the lake since biblical times, but also with the permanent residents of the campsite, a refuge of barter economy and cautious eccentricity. Director Éléonore Saintagnan also stars in her feature film debut.
