Eric and Natalie decide to divorce amicably. In accordance with their prenuptial agreement, they divide their assets and plan to share their savings for a happy retirement. They take a trip to Europe, crossing paths with a charming couple, Richard and Elizabeth, who claim to be heirs to a famous aristocratic family. But then it turns out that Richard was a notorious art thief, and as Eric and Natalie enjoy the picturesque countryside, they gradually learn more of Richard's criminal past.
